Ruth is the founder of Heartfelt Hands Therapies CIC, a social enterprise providing complementary therapies like Movement Shiatsu, Sports Massage, REIKI, Womb Healing and Somatic mentoring to our Enfield community.
Ruth is qualified in all these modalities currently running Movement Shiatsu workshops with 21 years experience, specially working with people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, stroke recovery, Alzheimers, Parkinsons Disease and many other chronic conditions. Ruth’s approach is using Movement Shiatsu to work with the abilities rather than the disabilities, Ruth is part of the teaching team at the School for Experiential Education – https://seed.org/RuthPatrizzi/.
She is now running a Tantra monthly evening group on Mondays at Atlantis, also Chakra sound baths and Kundalini activation groups.
She has worked extensively to increase awareness and use of complementary therapies within our National Health system and creates regular projects funded by organizations like National Lottery to provide Shiatsu and massage free of charge to the most vulnerable members of our community.
Ruth is a Shamanic practitioner with the Dragonflies tribe.
